Few important things you should know when placing an order on the Ataad apps & website:

In order for us to serve you properly, make sure you add a valid phone number. This means that when you place any order we can easily identify and get in touch with you!
Placing Orders
The orders you place are automatically associated with your phone number. You can easily place your orders at any time & any place. However, please note the following:
Order Confirmation
When you finish shopping you will be prompted to review your cart. Once this step is completed you will be automatically directed to the Payment & Delivery Methods selection pages.
Delivery Methods
Pick Up
You can opt to come pick up your order at one of our stores (no shipment charges). For now the only store shown is our flagship in Muscat. Once we get in touch with you you may change the delivery point to any of our other stores in Oman.
Shipping
You can also chose to get your order to be delivered to you!
* Inside Oman: Through Muwasalat, Oman Post or Mandoob
* Worldwide Shipping: Through Aramex
The shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of your order.
Time to Delivery
Once your order has been placed you will be contacted by phone to confirm the order. you will receive your order receipt through the email you provide, so insure you add a valid email address.
Once your order has been confirm by phone you will be informed when to expect to receive your order.
Payment Methods
All transaction on our websites are processed through PayPal. if you wish to pay by any other method, please contact our customer service center at: +968 9699 4811
